Just slip the kit on your existing B elbow and your extension on the other end, then secure with screws (provided).
"B" style takes the downspout extension out to a right or left angle from the downspout along the house.
A Downspout latch comes with the each kit, they keep your extension up when you raise it for lawn maintenance.
